Privacy policy

Codasaur TV for Roku. Effective November 3, 2026.

What the app collects

Nothing is sent to the app's developer. Codasaur TV has no analytics, advertising, tracking or accounts of its own.

What stays on your Roku

The server addresses, usernames, passwords and optional API keys you enter, plus your favorites, recently watched channels, reminders and settings, are stored on your Roku device. Removing the app removes them.

What goes to your own server

The app talks only to the Dispatcharr servers you add. It sends your login to them to load channels, the guide and streams. If you add an API key, your favorites list is also stored on that server so other Rokus signed in as you can share it. Those servers are operated by you or whoever runs them, under their own policies.

Roku

Roku collects its own device and usage data under Roku's privacy policy. Codasaur TV does not receive that data.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
